What's New?

Hello to anyone passing through here. Can you believe it's already mid February? Where does the time go? I have lived in Michigan my entire life, and we get a lot of snow here. One can become housebound quite easily in the winter here, with battling storms and icy roads and cold, you get sometimes where you prefer to just stay inside where it's cozy and warm. Valentine's Day is over, and at Peacock Cards, it's on to the next holiday. We have an entire section of St. Patrick's Day Tshirts, mugs, steins, and buttons to help celebrate the day. I've also been adding a lot of other new items which include more designs of "Support Our Troops" merchandise, some angel keepsake boxes, an entire line of throw pillows, some new bride Tshirt designs, and some new birthday Tshirts and buttons! Well, I haven't posted here for a while so figured I'd post a bit of something. My life has consisted of being indoors a lot so far this month. Living so far north in Michigan as I do assures you of one thing in January, and that is a LOT of snow. So, I've been working on the site a lot, adding Valentine's Day Tshirts, keepsake boxes, baby bibs, intimate apparel, mousepads, etc. to the store. I've also added a lot more bride Tshirts and tote bags, as well as started on the new Graduation 2005 section. There's always more to be done it seems! Happy New Year

Just wanted to wish whoever happens to stop by a healthy, happy, and peaceful new year in 2005! I was wondering just now what I should have my new years resolution be, and I think what I will resolve to do is visit friends and family more in the coming year. I get so busy sometimes with the store and the site, I sometimes forget to stop and smell the flowers, which is something I believe we should all do. Here it is, only a few days after Christmas, and already I have been adding a Valentine's Day section with Valentine's Day shirts, intimate apparel, mousepads, valentine keepsake boxes, Valentine greeting cards, and ornaments! I'm so happy to say that the ornaments will be around all year instead of just for the holiday season. I think it's great because ornaments can be used for so much more than just hanging on the tree. I have purchased a couple that I've given as gifts and also display them by hanging them from a hook, shelf peg, etc. I'll continue to add valentine baby bibs, tote bags, and some sweatshirts and hoodies until the Valentine's Day section is complete.
