NEW Wrapping Paper

From what I am hearing from other shopkeepers, the new Zazzle wrapping paper is a big hit with customers! I have not done very much designing for it so I can't say, but I have sold a few rolls considering I only designed a few different ones. I have been seeing some pretty nice wrapping paper though and thinking I need to get some ordered soon. I love the personalized wrapping paper that you can upload a photo to, very cool indeed! I think my grandkids would be surprised to see their faces on their wrapped gifts this year. Funny Shirts for Babies

I have some pretty funny shirts for babies in my Toddler's Place shop and I have seen some pretty funny shirts from other shopkeepers as well. Reindeer Gifts

With a little old driver, so lively and quick, I knew in a moment it must be St. Nick. More rapid than eagles, his coursers they came, and he whistled and shouted and called them by name:

 "Now Dasher! Now Dancer! Now, Prancer and Vixen! On, Comet! On, Cupid! On, Donner and Blitzen! To the top of the porch! To the top of the wall! Now dash away! Dash away! Dash away all!" 

Do you love reindeer?  How much do you know about reindeer? I admit to not knowing a lot. For me it's about what I have gathered over the years from seeing them fly through the sky on movies like Prancer or The Santa Clause movie, or just the general knowledge that grown ups tell their children such as reindeer like apples and sugar cubes and carrots so as a child that's what I left for them on Christmas eve. 

 And so I did a bit of research and found that reindeer numbers have dropped nearly 60 percent in the last three decades due to climate change and habitat disturbance caused by humans. Reindeer (caribou) live mostly in Scandanavia and Siberia. They range in weight from 375 pounds for males and 200 pounds for females. 

 Caribou are known to travel up to 3,000 miles in a year! Although typically, reindeer do not fly (except Santa's of course!), they can run up to 48 mph, even though they walk slowly!

 Reindeer are covered with hollow hairs that trap in air to insulate it from the elements. Male reindeer shed their antlers at the end of mating season but the females keep their antlers throughout the winter, lending belief to all of Santa's reindeer being female!

I am finding that many people think it is great fun to buy these reindeer T-shirts for every member of the family and wear them together to holiday parties or on Christmas eve! I can't tell you how many of these have sold over the years, but it is a lot! What fun!
